Located right in the heart of central Chichester, our client is a household name in life insurance and are recruiting for a Case Manager to join their busy team. Life insurance application.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for converting life insurance applications into policies ensuring efficient administration and an excellent customer service manner is upheld at all times.
You will provide quick and accurate information to the customers including liaising with advisers and insurers in the application process.
Attention to detail is key, as are strong administration and numeracy skills as data entry and use of in-house programs will be essential. Full training will of course be provided.
